When creating an account: name, email, phone, business address. When paying: processed directly by Stripe, Local Shop Host never stores your credit card data. When buying on eBay: the details passed on by eBay (name, email, address) are used to create your account.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We share certain information with the providers necessary for the service: Stripe (payments), Namecheap (registration of your domain name: your name, address, phone and email are listed there as the billing contact, and the domain can be transferred to your Namecheap account), our transactional email provider, eBay for purchases made on eBay, and Wise for affiliates (payouts). We never sell your personal information.

4. Retention

Your information is retained as long as your account is active, then for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations.

In accordance with Quebec's Law 25, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
